From clinical governance and delivery of the Business Plan to the day-to-day responsibility of managing and operating the GPCo, the CMB is a local group that will address all issues involving the GPCo.
Aims of the CMB:

to provide clinical leadership within the GPCo

to set the strategic direction and priorities for the GPCo

to monitor and manage GPCo performance

to account for overall Governance (clinical and corporate) within the GPCo

to represent the interests of all GPCo members

to communicate and engage with all stakeholders
