Performance

The delivery of high quality services is an essential value for the GPCo. The quality of all services are measured by the GPCo using performance indicators including:
- PATIENT SATISFACTION INDICATOR
- COMPLAINTS INDICATOR
- INFECTION RATES INDICATOR
- WAITING TIMES INDICATOR
- PATIENTS OFFERED CHOICE INDICATOR
